Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed members of the Philippine Military Academy Retirees Association, Inc. (PMARAI),

 

I am deeply honored and humbled to assume the role of Chairman of PMARAI, succeeding the esteemed CAV Raul S. Gonzales '75. I am filled with a sense of responsibility and excitement as we embark on this new chapter together.

 

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to CAV Gonzalez for his exceptional leadership, dedication, and guidance that have steered PMARAI to unprecedented heights during his tenure. Under his stewardship, our association has flourished, becoming a beacon of excellence and a source of inspiration for all of us.

 

As we transition to a new phase in our journey, I am committed to building upon the strong foundation laid by CAV Gonzalez and working tirelessly to uphold the values and principles that define PMARAI. With your unwavering support and collaboration, I am confident that we will continue to advance our mission of serving and advocating for the welfare of our retired military community.
